Maltco Adopts INTRALOT’s LotosXi To Sell Online Games

Maltco, the Maltese national lottery operator, has adopted the LotosXi solution from INTRALOT, allowing it to sell online games like SUPER 5, LOTTO, Quaterno+, SUPERSTAR and Fast KENO.

The games, which are immediately available online, will address a high demand among the player community in Malta for an omnichannel experience that incorporates physical and digital gaming, INTRALOT said.

LotosXi allows operators to identify and sell subscriptions for any game available and control its content, allowing the user interface to be completely localised and parameterised.

Characterised by an omnichannel strategy and offering a wide variety of creative and engaging games, LotosXi generates value both for the operator and the user, along with player experience personalisation through data analytics.

INTRALOT Group CEO Dr Chris Dimitriadis said: “Our design principles focus on the player. We introduce state-of-the-art technologies to achieve a seamless gaming experience across channels.

“We are excited to see LotosXi enabling Maltco Lotteries to offer Malta’s gaming community the opportunity to responsibly participate in ilottery games and further contributing to raising funds for good causes.”

Vasileios Kasiotakis, CEO of Maltco Lotteries, said the company is pleased to start serving and entertaining Maltese players from the additional channel in accordance with the new conventional retail channel.

He said: “Today’s announcement is a result of relentless work and effort of Maltco Lotteries’ and INTRALOT’s teams, adapting efficiently at speed and scale under the unprecedented challenges of Covid-19 pandemic. The scope of our next-generation ilottery solution is to provide new and existing players an additional fast and easy access to Malta’s strongest number games brands.”
