Luckbox has announced the appointment of Lachlan Thomson as its new Head of Performance Marketing, heading the expected aggressive marketing push of the esports wagering site.
The former Head of Brand Communications for Seattle-based esports entertainment company Unikrn (2018-2020), Thomson is a specialist in sports betting and esports disciplines.
Thomson will be a key stakeholder in shaping the marketing plan of the company and maximising its media platforms, taking ownership of Luckbox’s player acquisition verticals, as the company targets sustained growth in Q4 2020 and beyond.

Luckbox, backed by its latest $5 m oversubscribed funding round closed ahead of its expected listing on the TSX Venture Exchange in Toronto, has continued to improve its capital and operating teams.
Luckbox announced that it had plans to recruit five new executives to strengthen the engineering talents and marketing strategy of the organisation for global expansion by releasing its TSX summer prospectus.
