Lottomart, an app-based lottery operator, has unveiled a new partnership with Fast Track as the company sets a desire to add further power to its player engagement offer.
The UK-facing lottery company insists that it puts “a big focus on the player experience,” as it aims to incorporate a number of new apps, such as a “boost” feature for lottery transactions, as the app “puts user experience at the forefront.”
Ashley Lang, Lottomart’s CEO, said they had recruited Fast Track CRM to power their player engagement: “We are a technology-led company with ambitious plans for how we can really offer a different experience to our players. FT CRM will allow us to achieve everything we need, in an efficient way.”
Fast Track CRM is an engagement platform for real-time players that enables operators to streamline work processes across their organisation, while at the same time increasing customer engagement.
Fast Track co-founder and CEO Simon Lidzén added: “Lottomart are the type of operator that are a dream for us to work with: innovative and technology-led. The first thing you notice about their app is how much work has clearly gone into the user experience and we are looking forward to supporting them in building really interesting engagements on this strong foundation.”
