Online casino slot supplier Lightning Box has announced a deal with Konami Gaming which will see the company supply some of its most famous titles to the Las Vegas-based manufacturer.
The partnership will initially see three of the best-performing games by the Australian operator, namely Chicken Fox, Silver Lioness 4x and Eagle Sun, going live in the country’s land-based casinos in early 2021, boasting a large presence across the US market.
Victor Duarte, Konami Gaming’s senior vice-president and chief product and strategy officer, said: “Like us, Lightning Box has a proven track record in the United States, and it made sense to team up with them to deliver more great gaming content on our gaming machines.”
The deal would also further boost the reach of Lightning Box in North America , having debuted virtual casinos earlier this year with British Columbia Lottery Corporation and Ruby Seven Studios, as well as applaud a strong foothold in the gaming market in New Jersey.
Lightning Box co-founder and CEO Peter Causley added: “This is another significant deal for us as we continue to expand on three fronts in North America: land-based, online and social.
“Konami has established a very strong customer base in the US and we’re really looking forward to the reaction of casino players, who can now enjoy our games in more places than ever.”
