Lightstone Solutions, a gaming compliance and regulatory training provider, has announced the launch this week of a new on-site training series for the Tribal Gaming Commission that will run from 2020-21.
The series provides a suite of training programmes that include best practises in conducting inquiries into gaming regulations; internal workplace; vendor due diligence / history; and background of employees.
In addition to planning, updating and revising regulatory manuals and policies and procedures, it also includes training / best practises off casino surveillance team.
CEO Bill Papazian commented: “The on-site training programs are for groups of five or more and typically run between one and three days, are fully customisable to the needs of the Tribal Gaming Commission, and will benefit multidisciplinary staff members including background investigators, gaming inspectors, surveillance officers, audit, compliance, human resources and gaming commissioners.”
Adding: “The program is suitable for experienced gaming regulatory professionals as well as those who are new to the field.”
A Certificate of Completion for the number of hours of the training programme will be issued to those attending all sessions.
