Konami Gaming has been chosen as an exclusive gaming system management partner of the $4.3bn Resorts World Las Vegas, which is expected to open in summer 2021.
The company will deploy its casino management systems from Synkros to streamline, monitor and optimise the gaming operations of the resort by translating data into actionable data.
The company claims the programme will provide marketing, communications and tracking tools for Resorts World Las Vegas, designed to increase player participation through individually tailored rewards.
In addition, the programme will also be charged with evaluating and maximising casino efficiency in real-time through comprehensive reporting and visual analysis, as well as handling accounting and slot and table operations, among other capabilities.
Scott Sibella, president of Resorts World Las Vegas explained: “Reinventing the hospitality experience in Las Vegas means enhancing our service measures and boosting customer engagement through every touch point of the Resorts World Las Vegas experience, including gaming.
“Through this partnership with Konami and the implementation of Synkros, we will have the ability to connect with players in real time to provide the most cutting-edge, personalised gaming experience on the Las Vegas Strip.”
Furthermore, Resorts World Las Vegas will be the first resort on the Las Vegas Strip to incorporate the entire suite of tools available via Synkros’ software licence across the 110,000-square-foot casino floor.
Tom Jingoli, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Konami Gaming commented:
“The opening of Resorts World Las Vegas will bring a wave of leading-edge technology, convenience, and amenities to guests, in ways that are absolutely historic for Las Vegas and the larger global gaming community.
“For years, Konami’s Synkros has worked to deliver guest experiences at the forefront of innovation, so the chance to create new heights of engagement and entertainment for future Resorts World patrons truly resonates with our shared, enduring vision. The work of Scott Sibella and his team has made an exciting impression on the space and we greatly anticipate this addition to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.”
Through the collaboration, Resorts World Las Vegas and Konami will work together to introduce a variety of marketing tools to the resort, while at the same time aiming to enhance the experience of players with key benefits including cashless wagering, mobile account management, loyalty and bonus awards.
