KamaGames, a social mobile poker operator, has celebrated ten years of operation by marking its sixth year of consecutive expansion, according to the company’s annual report.
Along with the historic operating result, the corporation has revealed its sales for 2020 grew by 38.4 percent, outpacing the social casino and mobile gaming industries, which increased by 24.4 percent and 18 percent, respectively.
Additional features and updates
KamaGames credits its growth to the addition of additional features and updates to games hosted within its applications, such as the inclusion of new poker and blackjack tournaments, a renewed focus on advertisement monetisation, an emphasis on CRM and gaming experiences, and the addition of in-game competitions, ranking, and promotions, as well as a slew of new content.
This is bolstered by the company’s latest announcement of a 150 million unique user milestone, which came despite record sales and profit figures for KamaGames.
At the time, KamaGames CEO Andrey Kuznetsov said: “We’re both humbled and proud to say we’ve hit the 150 million unique user mark. This achievement is the culmination of an immense amount of work between several of KamaGames’ teams.”
Pokerist’s sustained success in Spain
The Dublin-based firm’s flagship Pokerist title, which is hailed as “the world’s third largest social poker player and the leader in no less than 12 countries,” is also praised for achieving sustained success in Spain during the reporting period.
The sales of KamaGames’ second-largest product, Blackjackist, increased by more than 40 percent, with more than half of the revenue coming from the United States. Roulettist saw a 70 percent increase in sales.
Furthermore, the organisation claims that cultivating relationships, such as the 2020 Hard Rock International alliance, as well as marketing campaigns with UFC athletes like Tony Ferguson, Colby Covington, and UFC champion Petr Yan, is another “key component” to its performance during the year.
Looking forward to 2020, KamaGames is optimistic that, after a record year of success in many ways, the year would offer new prospects to hit new benchmarks and expand the company’s audience base even further.
