KamaGames Inks Pokerist Ad Deal With Tony Ferguson

Social casino games producer KamaGames has inked an advertising deal with Tony Ferguson, in which the MMA athlete will become the face of Pokerist, Blackjackist and Roulettist, along with other “high profile” titles in the company’s stable.

KamaGames’ latest link-up follows a strategic alliance entered into with “iconic American brand” Hard Rock International after promising a variety of high profile collaborations, earlier in the year.

With regard to its new contract, the company claims to have experienced a significant convergence between those participating in casino-style table games and sports fans, with the logo of Ferguson to be used in the company’s promotional campaigns, in-game content and events.

This crossover has been said to be evident in the “resounding success” feature of KamaGames’ social sports betting app, where players wager on live sporting events using their in-game chips.

As one of the world’s most prominent sporting categories, the firm is further expressing its faith to tap into a “significant” fan base.

KamaGames also arranged a special in-game experience this past weekend as Ferguson fell to Justin Gaethje’s TKO loss at the Jacksonville Arena at UFC 149, the first major sporting experience in the United States since the coronavirus pandemic brought the world of sports to a halt earlier this year.

KamaGames CEO Andrey Kuznetsov said of the link-up: “KamaGames is very proud to partner with an athlete of Ferguson’s skill, dedication and reputation. MMA is a sport that commands an impressive global audience and as always, KamaGames aims to provide our players with the opportunity to interact with current trends. Ferguson is a notable star of the sport and we’re confident that our association with him will allow us to tap into an entirely new audience.”

KamaGames debuted its combination with Hard Rock earlier this year, introducing the development of a new Hard Rock Blackjack app, as the casino operator aims to increase its presence within the social casino space.

Versions of casino table games including roulette, craps, baccarat and the core title are all encapsulated within the entity, with the inclusion of “a number of other casino-style games” like slots and video poker also promised.
