Jackpot.com, owned and operated by Lottomatrix, has partnered with Playtech to launch their casino and live casino offerings in both the UK and Sweden.
The operator stressed that the expanded games offering strong growth and diversification signals in its product offering, now enabling customers to access a variety of new content.
Angel Jane Agius, head of CRM Jackpot.com, noted: “We’re delighted to partner with Playtech to bring its industry leading content to our audiences in the UK and Sweden. We look forward to developing this partnership further as we continue to grow our content offering.”
With Playtech becoming the website’s supplier of casino and live casino, the former offers access to the company’s full line-up of branded content, including titles such as the Justice League and the Sporting Legends collection, fuelled by a series of progressive jackpots.
James Frendo, casino director at Playtech, added: “We are pleased that Jackpot.com has chosen Playtech as its casino software partner, highlighting the continued strength of our casino and live casino offering.
“Playtech’s scale and distribution is a powerful offering for potential partners, and this is a great example of our commitment to partnering with the right companies to bring great content to new and growing markets.”
The gaming technology giant reported that it expects earnings (full-year adjusted EBITDA) to be below expectations when it released its year – to-date trading update last month.
Playtech said, however, that the “core business” of the group continues to perform strongly, with the slowdown in earnings attributed to TradeTech, for which it expects performance in 2019 to be “well below the management expectations.”
The group said it is continuing its review of all “non-core” business units as it seeks to simplify the business structure, while the casual and social games unit of Playtech is currently being evaluated for potential sales.
