Online and mobile casino content and software provider iSoftBet is to add its game aggregation tool to the Spiffbet portfolio of slots and gaming goods.
The merger would allow Spiffbet and Copacabana Gaming, a Brazilian gaming brand in which the former acquired a 45.2 percent stake last month, to dramatically expand its presence across a number of global markets.
Furthermore, Spiffbet’s app platform will be linked to a proprietary library of over 150 titles, over 4,500 games from 55 third-party game providers, and a range of video slots, live casino, scratch card, and virtual sports.
Michael Probert, chief commercial officer said: “We are thrilled to partner with Spiffbet. It is an exciting time for operators in Latin America, and we are delighted to add our leading portfolio of more than 150 table and slot games to Spiffbet’s expanding offering.”
The growing portfolio of casino content for Spiffbet and Copacabana Gaming consists of more than 30 games, including localised variants of video bingo, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, video poker and slots.
Spiffbet will also make the service portfolio of iSoftBet proprietary table and slot games accessible via its distribution channel, under the terms of the agreement.
Staffan Cnattingius, Spiffbet chief executive, said: “iSoftBet is renowned for the quality of its aggregation platform as well as its games, particularly across regulated markets where its titles are proven performers. I have no doubt this partnership will be extremely successful going forward in new markets like Latin America.”
