Industry Observers Look Forward To Q3 2020 Insight Into Potential Recovery

Industry analysts should look forward to a host of financial reports in the next few weeks as their quarterly investor updates are planned by some of the biggest names in the US sports betting, gaming and casino sectors.

Toronto-based sportsbook company TheScore, which plans to announce its Q4 and Year End F2020 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, is among the first to share its financial success.

MGM Growth Properties LLC announced in early November that it would announce its financial results for the third quarter of 2020 before the market opens on Monday 2 November.

Meanwhile, Scientific Games Corporation has announced that on Wednesday, November 4 , 2020, after market closing, it will post results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2020. Subsidiary SciPlay Corporation will also announce its Q3 results on the same day for the period ended 30 September 2020, again after the market closes.

Caesars Entertainment Corporation is releasing its Q3 update on November 5, one that will be eagerly awaited by market watchers because of its search to acquire the William Hill plc company. On that day, gaming equipment supplier AGS will also announce its results for the third quarter of 2020.

However, investors and analysts will have to wait a bit longer to find out how DFS and sportsbook operator DraftKings performed during the Q3 period, with its trading update scheduled for November 13.

There is likely to be a strong focus on this current collection as quarterly updates go. The manner in which corporations resolve the continuing challenges raised by the COVID pandemic, the recovery process and their approach to trading their way into 2021 will be paid more attention to by analysts than normal.
