IGT Plc has announced the promotion of Dorothy Costa to the leadership position of Group Head of People and Transformation to restructure its global workforce frameworks.
Costa has served as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at IGT since 2015. The appointment will see her join the executive management team at IGT, reporting directly to Group CEO Marco Sala.
With her new position, Costa will lead strategic oversight of the global HR programmes and directives of IGT, including the implementation of incentives for staff, diversity and inclusion systems, HR guidelines and tools for talent management.
With immediate affect Costa will succeed incumbent Mario Di Loreto, who will continue to serve as a senior strategic advisor to the technology community.
