Hurricane Global Acquires DuxCasino

Hurricane Global, an umbrella company that has broken into the market with an ambition to revolutionise the igaming industry, has acquired DuxCasino.

DuxCasino will use the group’s marketing resources to drive a rise in traffic by targeting ‘providing players with an unique gaming experience,’ with the transaction dramatically maximising incoming gambling traffic and improving its internal product activity.

The Hurricane Global Group is the world’s first mobile holding firm, with offices in Cyprus and Malta. The Hurricane Group, unified into a multifaceted structure in 2020, has many main assets: the Hurricane Global Operation, Hurricane Global Ventures, and the Chilli Partners affiliate network, the strategic partner of the group.

The Hurricane Global community, documenting the reasons behind and opportunities raised by the acquisition, said in a media release: “Hurricane Global is focused on giving the gaming industry a facelift by combining top market connections with an in-depth understanding of casino operations. The company is rapidly gaining momentum in the global gambling market and its merger with DuxCasino has only further proven this.

“DuxCasino offers a wide variety of games and competitions, a developed VIP program, high-quality user support, several easy-to-use payment services, and endless more features that make it a fascinating brand with great traffic monetisation potential.”

Hurricane Global Operation unites product creation and CRM operations specialists, while the affiliate network of Chilli Partners brings together performance marketing experts. In order to ensure shared long term sustainability, Hurricane Global Ventures assesses and invests in igaming startups with amounts ranging from EUR 1 m to EUR 5 m.
