House Advantage & Bally’s Launch Loyalty Programme

House Advantage, a loyalty and gaming operations technology supplier, has announced a partnership between its HALo Loyalty platform and Bally Bet, the sports betting platform operated by Bally’s Corporation.

The first-of-its-kind integration, which is now live in Colorado and Iowa, will enable a streamlined procedure for registering and providing loyalty programme advantages to Bally Bet mobile bettors.

For players who use the mobile sports betting platform, the connection automates Bally Rewards and Bally Bet programme enrollment, betting activity, reward earning, and redemption.

The scalable system at House Advantage synchronises member accounts from mobile registration to Bally’s land-based casinos, as well as giving real-time rewards for all Bally Bet sports betting activities.

The two companies’ existing relationship made it possible to create the integration swiftly and effectively.

Combined business and technology competencies

House Advantage’s CEO, Jon Wolfe, said: “The combined business and technology competencies of the Bally’s team made for surefooted integrations between our platforms, enabling us to develop a sophisticated solution to connecting the mobile and casino elements into one cohesive program.

“The HALo Loyalty platform was engineered to embrace integration, which allows our teams to work together and launch groundbreaking advancements that innovate the player experience.”

The HALo platform from House Advantage is now in use in the Bally’s Black Hawk casinos in Colorado and in Iowa, where it offers mobile-only betting statewide. Bettors may earn awards and redeem them at any Bally’s location nationwide thanks to the connection.

Wolfe continued: “When you have a forward-thinking company consistently making major moves, developing long-term solutions that will transform the industry requires a partner who is dedicated to shaping the future of experiences and operations.

“House Advantage and Bally’s alignment of vision and history of successful deployments will allow us to continue ushering in the omnichannel future of gaming together.”
