Hero Gaming has announced an agreement with Fast Track, a customer engagement technology and service provider that sees the online operator choosing FT CRM to drive their player engagement strategy.
Hero Gaming will carry out FT CRM to streamline its player engagement across its portfolio of brands, beginning with the newly announced Boom Casino.
Fast Track co-founderand CEO Simon Lidzén said of the link-up: “We are excited to be working with a business that is known for innovation in the player engagement space.
“We believe that FT CRM will bring a great deal of value to the Hero Gaming team and we look forward to establishing a long and successful partnership with them.”
This is the latest company to join the growing list of operators that moved to Fast Track CRM after announcing this month that SuprNation, the online casino operator, VoodooDreams, NYspins and Duelz, joined forces with the group.
By integrating with both external service providers and internal systems of SuprNation, the FT CRM solution would enable the operator to communicate with its players on all platforms in real-time across multiple channels.
Hero Gaming founder Georg Westin commented on the integration of the Fast Track. He said: “We can see the value FT CRM will add in streamlining the execution process for our CRM team and allowing them to focus on creative campaigns rather than manual processes.
“Our brands are known for creative player engagement and FT CRM will allow us to achieve even more without needing additional resources.”
The latest news follows a promising start to the year for Hero Gaming, after it announced at the end of January the launch of its brand new title, Boom Casino.
The company, which follows on from many popular Hero brands including Speedy Casino, Speedy Bet and Casino Heroes, launched last month and is available under MGA and SGA gaming licences in English, German, Swedish, and Finnish.
