FTSE100 GVC Holdings Plc has become a member of the All-in Diversity Project (AIDP) – a non-profit organisation that offers advice and guidance to industry stakeholders on improving practises relating to organisational diversity , equity and inclusion.
GVC will become the newest global Tier 1 operator to join AiDP, joining publicly traded fellow betting peers Flutter Entertainment, Betsson AB and Kindred Group Plc.
Via its ‘All-in Index’ study and via further partnerships, the partnership will see GVC participating in AiDP’s ongoing research tracking global data on the workforce make-up of the industry.

In 2019, AiDP unveiled its membership scheme, which was opened to companies and individuals, aimed at strengthening industry-wide mentorship and workplace talent growth while offering additional leadership advice on the challenges of enhancing standards of diversity and inclusion.
