Guilhem Causse, a prominent expert with over 10 years of experience in the sports sector, has been named Head of Sales & Partnerships at Prodigy Agency, a renowned esports representation agency, to oversee and extend its drive to produce commercial opportunities for its players.
Jérôme Coupez, the founder and director of Prodigy Agency, represents over 100 players around the world, including some of the biggest names in esports, such as Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut and Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski in CS:GO, Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom and Tyson “TenZ” Ngo in Valorant, Alexandre “Kaydop” Courant in Rocket League, and Paul “sOAZ” Boyer on League of Legends.

Prior to that, he managed and led innovative digital strategy and business growth with various revenue streams at “Amaury Sport Organisation” (A.S.O. ), a company that organises over 90 sports events around the world, including the Tour de France in cycling and the Dakar Rally in motorsport, to implement engaging sponsorship operations, digital rights deals, D2C services, and entertaining gaming.

Guilhem will be leading the charge and initiatives to develop and diversify revenue streams for Prodigy Agency’s world-class roster of more than 100 players around the world, by developing new commercial opportunities through ambassadorships, sponsorships, licencing, and more, with a focus on creating collaborations with non-endemic and major brands.
