Groupe FDJ Ranked Second In ‘Gender Parity’ Index

Groupe FDJ ranked second among the ‘gender parity’ French companies classified by Humpact Emploi, an independent workplace and job ratings firm.

For its open and inclusive company policies and recruiting practices, France’s national lottery operator was highly commended, ranking the Paris Euronext category with the highest performance.

Independent French business ratings agency

Established in 2019, Humpact Emploi is an independent French business ratings agency that tests workplace and social responsibility skills for business success.

FDJ, second on the ‘Grand Prix Index’ of Humpact Emploi, was lauded for its strong promotion of equality in all segments of its business.

Humpact Emploi noted that its number of female senior executives had achieved almost 50-50 parity with male employees as of 2019 onwards, with the company upholding an equal pay policy across its ranks.

Of note, for its inclusive employment policies allowing extended paternal leave and workers to access educational services and engage in social care directives of the city, FDJ scored high marks.

Ongoing endeavour

After its 2017 overhaul of the company’s human resources and talent growth policies, the FDJ has noted that progress on market parity has been an ongoing endeavour.

Groupe FDJ Human Resources Director Vincent Perrotin said: “We are proud of the score by Humpact on our social policies and, in particular, to our commitment to the area of professional equality between women and men. This assessment illustrates our desire to develop an ambitious human resources policy, such as to achieve and maintain a high level of extra-financial performance.”
