Greentube Signs Special Content Deal With Playtech

The interactive division of Novomatic Greentube has announced the signing of a “special deal” to see the launch of a variety of its online casino content with Playtech’s gambling technology organisation.

Under the terms of the deal Novomatic titles are to go live with the Playtech Games Marketplace, which have been adapted for online channels, including Book of Ra deluxe and Lucky Lady’s Charm deluxe, combined with new gaming content from innovative developers and studios of the supplier.

In addition, as part of the deal, Playtech ‘s customers will also gain access to modern smash hits including Diamond Link: Mighty Elephant and Cash Connection Charming Lady.

Playtech Chief Operating Officer Shimon Akad commented: “We are very proud to have Greentube’s vast collection of both classic casino games and modern interactive content available through our Games Marketplace.

“These games will be a valuable addition to our portfolio, providing our partners with titles that appeal to audiences ranging from traditional land-based players to new online slot fans. Playtech’s scale and distribution is a powerful offering for potential partners, and this is a great example of our commitment to partnering with the right companies to bring great content to new and growing markets.”

Greentube’s games range will initially be available in Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom, expanding the scope of the manufacturer in Europe as well as in Mexico, a market the company claims to be “a powerhouse for online gaming in the Latin American region.”

Michael Bauer, chief games officer at Greentube noted: “Joining Playtech’s Games Marketplace creates significant advantages for both our businesses: Playtech’s customers will get access to our player-favourite titles that have proven to deliver strong results, while we will further accelerate our reach into key strategic markets.

“We believe this step comes at exactly the right time, as more and more European jurisdictions regulate and the Americas promise much room for growth.”
