Golden Entertainment launched its new players club True Rewards, bringing all of its operations under one loyalty programme.
The company owns and operates over 65 taverns through the Entertainment Group of PT, as well as 10 casinos in Las Vegas, including the Strat and two Arizona Charlie’s. The rewards programme will also be available in the participating grocery stores of Smith and Albertsons.
Steve Arcana, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Golden Entertainment said in a Friday press release: “True Rewards has been in development for over two years, with the aim to make this the most comprehensive and technologically advanced player rewards club in the industry. Most importantly, it’s easy to use and the rewards are extremely attractive.”
As reported by Las Vegas Review-Journal Brad Goldberg, Senior Vice President of Marketing for Golden Entertainment said: “It’s really the only program of its kind that connects what we call hyper-local locations, namely grocery stores and taverns and international destinations like the Strat.”
Five rates of the programme are available: True Loyal, Solid Legit and Epic. By playing games and making retail purchases at participating locations, members can earn and redeem points. A number of partners are providing redemptions and discounts through the platform, including Best Western, Lyft and Advantage Rental Car.
