Gaming Laboratories International (GLI ®) has become the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB)’s first independent and authorised test lab to test and certify iGaming and mobile sports betting in Michigan.
In addition, within its regulations, the MGCB has referenced the GLI standards “GLI-19 Interactive Gaming Systems” and “GLI-33 Event Wagering Systems,” joining jurisdictions around the world that have adopted the two standards. These are available at gaminglabs.com/gli-standards, and all of the globally accepted GLI standards.
Peter Wolff, Director of Global Technical Compliance said: “We are honored that the Michigan Gaming Control Board has approved GLI to test and certify iGaming and mobile sports betting.
“We have been helping regulators and suppliers navigate the future of iGaming and mobile sports betting for decades, and we are excited to put our worldwide experience to work for Michigan.”
GLI has been working for more than 30 years in the iGaming and Sports Betting space and is the only laboratory that works with all regulated jurisdictions around the world – both existing and emerging. This means that GLI is best prepared to help regulators, suppliers and operators move forward and guide them in ways that no one else can. Find out more at gaminglabs.com/services/igaming.
