GiG Enters MarathonBet Agreement For Market Compliance

For the provision of its partner marketing compliance screening tool, GiG Comply, Gaming Innovation Group has entered an agreement with sports betting and igaming operator Marathonbet.

The solution allows operators to set their own specifications and conditions for the checklist and can be customised to cover market-specific requirements and advertisement guidelines, as well as to ensure that affiliates are compliant with their requirements for brand and responsible gaming.

Compliance monitoring system

More than 30,000 web pages are scanned every day by the compliance monitoring system for material including igaming code red terms, links and regulatory specifications across multiple jurisdictions.

GiG Comply would also help ensure that Marathonbet retains leverage of its marketing activities, helping them to stay a step ahead in meeting regulatory requirements and detecting possible violations.

Business objectives

After Bet365, as well as Malta-based online casino operator group Rootz and fellow igaming entity Nano Casino, hired its services, this latest agreement comes after a number of GiG Comply updates for the venture.
