Genius Sports is hiring several positions within its ‘Vilnius Lithuania development hub’ to support the global operations and strategic growth initiatives of the sports tech business.
Updating the media, Genius announced that a new recruiting campaign has been initiated to improve the skills, expertise and resources of its Vilnius tech support and growth units.
Since 2015, Genius has been operating its Vilnius tech centre, with its Lithuanian office playing a key role in sustaining the company’s core business services in the field of sports data , technology and live streaming.
Following a series of contract wins and customer renewals, the sports tech company has extended its Vilnius footprint, with Genius retaining its profile as data rights collector and distributor for FIBA basketball, US college NCAA leagues and over 500 other sports organisations worldwide.
In addition to the company’s next upgrades of its basketball data solutions and more developments for engaging sports fans around the world, Genius’ Vilnius centre will focus on the implementation of a ‘new interactive competition management framework for world football’ as new ventures and potential targets.
