Gartner has praised Optimove’s multichannel campaigns for the second year in a row, after the latter was awarded a Challenger in its Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs in 2021.
This is the fourth year in a row that Optimove has been recognised in Gartner’s Critical Capability report.
The analysis scores suppliers across four major use cases using 15 different criteria, allowing businesses to “pinpoint areas of differentiation to determine which vendors may be suitable fits to their requirements.”
Ability to execute and completeness of vision
Optimove was placed in the Challengers’ quadrant following the review process “for its ability to execute and completeness of vision.”

After achieving the second highest ranking for Campaign measurement, the fourth highest for Campaign Orchestration, and the sixth highest for Campaign Execution, Optimove has hailed the results of the Gartner assessment.
