After making its first step into Pennsylvania’s online casino environment, Gaming Realms now has its sights set on achieving additional igaming expansion across North America.
Gaming Realms has launched its first Slingo game in Pennsylvania alongside BetMGM, after being given an interactive gaming manufacturing licence by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in May 2021. More content will be added soon, according to the company.
Furthermore, the company is about to launch Rush Street Interactive in Pennsylvania, and it has agreements in place with a number of other operators to launch its Slingo Originals content.
Michigan and New Jersey
This follows the company partnering with BetMGM for a Michigan Slingo Original launch and Rush Street Interactive in New Jersey
The company also claims that it will begin the process of obtaining an Ontario igaming licence soon after the province indicated its ambition to become a regulated market that will be “larger than any of the regulated US states” that now allow the activity.
One of three leading US states for igaming
Of the latest stage of the group’s US growth Michael Buckley, executive chairman of Gaming Realms, said: “We are delighted to be launching our Slingo Originals games in Pennsylvania, which is one of the three leading US states for igaming and where gambling revenue increased over 60 per cent year-on-year in July 2021.
“BetMGM and Rush Street Interactive are both major players in the US gaming industry and have been successfully distributing our Slingo content in New Jersey and Michigan.
“We look forward to strengthening these relationships and securing additional agreements with market-leading US operators to bring our full suite of Slingo games to a new audience in the US.
“We intend to expand the group further by obtaining an igaming supplier licence in Ontario Canada, and future US States as they become available.”
