The Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission has authorised KAX Media America Inc, the US subsidiary of Gambling.com Group Plc, to provide marketing services to licenced gaming operators in the State.

With four major professional sports teams, 33 land based casinos and over five million people, Colorado’s framework is in place to become a pioneer in the regulated American industry.

The Gambling.com Group has been given regulatory approval to sell its services to operators in Indiana, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia after the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) was repealed in May 2018. When Proposition DD was approved by voters in November, Colorado became only the second state to allow sports betting by ballot referendum – after Arkansas.
