In order to improve its burgeoning online sportsbook and casino offering, platform provider FSB has formed a partnership with cloud-based gamification and rewards platform Captain Up.
Via the use of gamification, behavioural science, and smart social tools, operators using FSB’s full tech stack approach would be able to maximise consumer activity and drive loyalty.
Push innovation boundaries
Of the partnership, Uri Admon, chief executive officer at Captain Up, said: “We aim to push the boundaries of innovation in igaming with features such as progressive jackpots, social tournaments avatars and smart promotions.
“Captain Up is dedicated to maximising engagement, providing personal, gamified tools, analysing multiple data points, reacting with relevant feedback, supporting various KPIs and adhering to the dynamic regulatory guidelines in markets around the world. We’re excited to be offering our products to operators via FSB.”
The partnership also allows for the development and launch of scheduled and targeted segmented campaigns, as well as the matching of incentives and bonuses across different categories and platforms.
Busy start to 2021
FSB’s head of product, Shaan Balani, added: “It’s been a busy start to 2021 at FSB with new partners and new product integrations and we’re delighted this momentum continues on the back of our new agreement with Captain Up.
“Captain Up allows our partners to run highly targeted campaigns to different player categories to ensure the bonuses they receive are perfectly aligned with their playing preferences and patterns.
“This deal is just another example of how we are constantly improving the FSB platform to make sure that our partners have the technologies and tools required to deliver a superior player experience.”
This is the latest of FSB’s recent partnership after his joining Incentive Games in a licencing and distribution deal, signing a deal for it’s FSB Platform to power Germany’s OGaming and improving its North American market role with USBookmaking partnership.
