Fast Track Continues To Attract And Retain Top Talent

After appointing Jenny Arnell as the current Head of Human Resources for the organisation, Fast Track will continue to ‘attract and retain top talent’.

Arnell would oversee the ‘digitalisation of HR functions’ at the company by joining Fast Track from Catena Media, where she worked as the Group HR Manager, putting a crucial emphasis on both quality and scalability.

Continued success and advancement

On her appointment, Arnell said: “I am delighted to start playing an active part in the continued success and advancement of Fast Track, and I am looking forward to helping the leadership team foster an engaged, authentic and high-performing culture; making Fast Track a given destination for top talent.”

Fast Track lauded her ability to guide teams in “implementing best practices across all HR functions,” confirming Arnell’s nomination. Throughout her career, in addition to the production of business practices, the Head of HR has amassed expertise in talent management, rewards and benefits.

Ambitious growth plan

Simon Lidzén, Fast Track’s Co-founder and CEO, added: “We are very glad to have Jenny on board. We have an ambitious growth plan in front of us and her business acumen, mixed with her previous experience of supporting the growth of a small company to a large one, is exactly what we need to continue to attract and retain top talent.”

The appointment of Arnell follows a recent eNPS survey that saw Fast Track achieve a ‘excellent’ employee satisfaction rating of 77. Filling the position of Head of HR, Fast Track says, is part of the strategy for nurturing the culture of the business; providing the right framework and support as the business grows.

Former Microgaming CCO Jean-Luc Ferrière officially joined Fast Track earlier this year, having previously served as a brand ambassador for the provider of player engagement platforms since October 2020.
