FanDuel Reveals Glimpse Of Arizona Footprint Center Sportsbook

FanDuel, an online gaming and sports betting company, has provided an early glimpse at what fans can anticipate when its new sportsbook opens in the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, which is home to the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Arizona Rattlers.

The company has released designs of the facility, which spans 7,400 square feet and includes an outdoor terrace, giving fans a one-stop shop to watch Suns games and other sporting events from around the world while betting on the action.

Five betting windows, one VIP window, 40 HD televisions, a 35-foot video wall, an MVP Room, and 26 self-service betting kiosks will be available in the sportsbook. Throughout the year, the FanDuel Sportsbook will be open daily for customers to place wagers on a range of events.

First sportsbooks

Phoenix Suns named FanDuel as its’ Official Sportsbook and Daily Fantasy Sports Partner earlier this year, and the FanDuel Sportsbook at Footprint Center will be one of the country’s first sportsbooks.

Jason Rowley, President and CEO of the Phoenix Suns, commented at the time: “This is a watershed moment for the Suns organization and our fans. FanDuel is the perfect partner as our missions are fully aligned. Simply put, FanDuel is committed to making sports more exciting while the Suns are focused on delivering exciting sports and entertainment and engaging fans at the highest level possible.”

Mike Raffensperger, FanDuel Group CMO, added: “As we gear up to bring our best-in-class online and retail offerings to the state of Arizona, this is a momentous time for FanDuel, the Suns, and Suns fans alike. We’re excited to open a luxury sportsbook within Phoenix Suns Arena, as the beginning of a long-term and innovative collaboration that will have a lasting impact on the state.”
