ESA Gaming Strengthens Italian Market Foothold With Microgame Deal

ESA Gaming is doubling down on its Italian strategy, announcing a collaboration with platform supplier Microgame in an effort to strengthen its foothold in the market.

Microgame’s operator partners will have access to the former’s EasySwipe mobile-first game family, which has been developed to integrate smoothly into sportsbook or igaming sites.

According to ESA Gaming, the titles have the potential to expand cross-selling capacity by converting an average of 20 percent of sport players to EasySwipe games, while also increasing engagement and increasing screen time by roughly 5 percent.

Goal Mine and Fruit Staxx, as well as quick-fire versions of roulette and blackjack, will be available as part of the collaboration.

Marco Castaldo, CEO at Microgame said: “Microgame has been active in the Italian market for 20 years and this is partly due to us partnering with the most innovative suppliers capable of facing the needs of a market that is constantly evolving.

“ESA Gaming is one such supplier and their portfolio will undoubtedly attract the attention of our customers and complement our offering.”

Last month, ESA Gaming partnered with Octavian Lab and Giocaonline, two platform providers, to expand further in Italy, sandwiching Portuguese entry, which was achieved through Casino Portugal.
