Enteractive is providing its (Re)Activation Cloud services to casino and sportsbook platform provider Soft2Bet, to enable NRCs to NDCs through various brands, including Nomini, Rabona, and Wazamba, primarily in the Nordic market.
Connecting Enteractive through the (Re)Activation Cloud platform to their player databases, Soft2Bet aims to increase player conversions with NRCs and NDCs-players who have lapsed and are less open to the “digital CRM providers’ more generic strategies”.
This new alliance aims to raise consumer deposits from lapsed player accounts, while encouraging both safer gaming and greater loyalty levels.

Soft2Bet has now engaged Enteractive’s services to provide customised one-2-one player phone calls through a broader range of their igaming brands, in a number of markets, following an initial one-off project earlier in 2020.
