Enteractive has launched a collaboration with Twin, an online casino operator, to enable NRCs for NDCs in markets such as Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Finland and Germany.
The partnership completes a 360 degree integration of CRM technologies to maximise player activation and retention, with Twin utilising the customised one-2-one voice calls of Enteractive, as well as the automated CRM solutions of Fast Track.
