Enteractive Partners With Twin For ‘360 Degree CRM’

Enteractive has launched a collaboration with Twin, an online casino operator, to enable NRCs for NDCs in markets such as Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Finland and Germany.

The partnership completes a 360 degree integration of CRM technologies to maximise player activation and retention, with Twin utilising the customised one-2-one voice calls of Enteractive, as well as the automated CRM solutions of Fast Track.

Ugur Gok, Twin’s CRM head, commented: “We’re excited about this new partnership with Enteractive to optimise our player engagement and activation strategy. With Enteractive’s extensive experience reaching out to non-depositing players, we’re looking forward to seeing improved conversions from lapsed registrations.”

By integrating the proprietary tech (Re)Activation Cloud platform of Enteractive, Twin will integrate its player databases with the agents of the organisation, enabling them to participate in one-on-one conversations with players by phone.

This more customised CRM strategy is intended to promote more deposits from NRCs and NDCs, while adhering to best practises of responsible gambling in each of its global territories.

Mikael Hansson, founder & CEO of Enteractive, added: “We’re so pleased to have Twin on board with Enteractive, unleashing the power of the personal approach in CRM. We’re proud to promote a player-first environment for Twin, keeping players playing, as well as in safe hands, which is more important now than ever before.”

Working with igaming brands worldwide, for a variety of operators, Enteractive currently reactivates more than 13,000 players every month.
