Enteractive has carried out a collaboration with Malta-based operator SuprNation to revitalise inactive or lapse matches.
Asserting an intention to “breathe new life into CRM,” the agreement seeks to activate NRCs to NDCs and reacquire lapsed or inactive player accounts across their brand portfolio, including VoodooDreams.com flagship and Duelz.com mobile-optimized casino.
Via integration with the (re)activation cloud platform of the company, one-on-one conversations are engaged by phone with participants, offering a customised service. Through re-activating frozen registrations and lapsed player accounts, the partnership will push more consumer deposits and raise the firm’s bottom line.
