While the firm hires the CRM software provider to target players in real time, Dunder has become the newest online casino brand to join the Fast Track family.
This is following a trio of alliances inked by Fast Track in March alongside SuprNation, Hero Gaming and Alea in an attempt to improve player experience and boost retention.
Quick Track’s CEO and co-founder, Simon Lidzén, said of the firm’s new partnership: “Working with innovative brands like Dunder is hugely rewarding for our team.
“It’s wonderful to see what these operators can achieve with the platform and we get valuable feedback on potential future developments. We anticipate that Dunder will be producing truly innovative player engagements once we are live.”
The business is to partner with Dunder to provide a personalised player communication framework that focuses on “efficiency and ease of use” as well as the ability to use data sources to select the best moments to connect with players.
By engaging players with personalised messages and promotions in real-time and at various moments in their user lifecycle, Dunder states that it would provide “a truly individual experience to each player”
Dunder CEO Thomas Rosander said: “Fast Track CRM is the only tool available that will allow us to work with CRM the same way we do in other aspects of our business.
“It’s refreshing to partner with a company that truly understands the needs of operators in our industry and provides a solution to the pain points many of us experience when trying to improve our engagement strategies.”
