Digitain has expanded its global reach with its product offering in Portugal and Romania. The step further extends Digitain’s vast international reach as it aims among other items to promote its sportsbook apps, sports data and tracking systems, and casino aggregation.
Nora Galstyan, Digitain Compliance Manager said: “Going live in Portugal and Romania is another win in our ambitious plans for continued international expansion, with plenty of other exciting market entries also in the pipeline for 2020.
“The debuts allow us to further enlarge our operator network, giving a range of Portuguese and Romanian operators the chance to service their sportsbook with one of the most respected global platforms on the market.”
The news follows Digitain’s recent Gaming Associates accreditation, which allows the company to distribute its sportsbook in EU-based markets where regulators do not require individual compliance tests.
Digitain’s API offers an intuitive multi-lingual, multi-currency, flexible interface that can be easily integrated, allowing efficient services for online and land based operators with both new and existing networks, no matter where the partner is located.
Digitain’s new collaboration continues the incremental year the company received a B2B licence from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) in February. The licence allowed Digitain to offer a wide range of Tier 1 B2C operators across Malta, as well as to extend its scope for global players.
Digitain was also given the green light to expand into Romania in December 2019 after the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN) obtained a Class 2 licence certification.
