Delasport has obtained a Class 2 licence and plans to enter the Romanian betting and gaming market with its fully managed services solutions.

The Romanian betting and gambling business, which was first regulated in 2015, has been a prominent objective for a number of local and foreign operators, including SuperBet, Betfair, 888 Holdings, Wazdan, and Kindred Group, to develop footholds in the country.

Delasport, based in Gibraltar, will now sell its Sports iFrame solution to Romanian B2C operators following the successful acquisition of its Class 2 licence, with a quick plug-and-play implementation.

The solution is a “standalone, fully functional platform” that provides completely managed services as well as “total operator control” over client operations.

The company will also provide its ‘complete turnkey solution,’ which includes sports betting, casino, live casino, payments, and affiliations, among other services.

Delasport’s newly appointed CEO, Oren Cohen Shwartz said: ’We are rapidly expanding our global reach and entering the Romanian market is a natural step for us.

“We are thrilled to be able to provide our high-end sports betting and casino solutions to Romanian sports and casino operators. The Romanian market is growing fast, and there is a real need for quality products. Delasport’s plug and play sportsbook iFrame solution is fully equipped to support its partners to go live fast, thrive and grow.”

DelaSport has already signed agreements with Real Dealer Studios and Play’n Go this year as part of its marketing plan.
