Industry design and innovation studio Degree 53 has expanded its technical and product creation team by recruiting team members from both Bav Patel and Peter Stringer.
The Manchester-based UX expert took its decision after a period of accelerated company development under lockout, during which Degree 53 recruited an additional 12 team members to help support ongoing projects.
Updating customers, Degree 53 reported Bav Patel ‘s promotion as web and infrastructure Technical Director, having formally served as the studio’s web development manager.
Senior developer Peter Stringer, meanwhile, will take on the position of Technical Director for mobile apps. Since 2012, Stringer has earned his expertise as a mobile UX expert and has worked on a variety of Degree 53 main account ventures.
Degree 53, having undertaken its recruitment push, said it has expanded its resource ability across the board, improving its web / APP growth teams, quality control , project management and market insights.
MD Richard Wagstaff claimed that additional resources were required after Degree 53 had extended its UX market segments beyond loter, finance and well-being gambling;
Wagstaff remarked: “I’m delighted to recognise the great work both Bav and Peter have been doing. Their promotions are a testament to their expertise in their respective fields and delivering successful projects for our clients.
“I also want to welcome our new team members and look forward to meeting them face-to-face in the coming weeks. It’s been a tough few months for many businesses, and I’m glad we’ve been able to grow our team during this period whilst retaining all our employees.”
We’re super excited to announce that we have promoted two of our existing team members to directors and have also made 12 new hires over the past few months! 🤩
