Dafabet has announced it will expand its presence on the Spanish market, backed by R. Franco Digital as their leading provider of the platform.
Updating the market, Dafabet reported that its sportsbook and additional technology requirements have been moved to R. Franco ‘s open architecture system ‘IRIS,’ which allows a better configuration with Spanish market demands.
In December 2019, Dafabet, an established brand in the UK and Asian betting markets, secured its Spanish DGOJ B2C online gambling licence, joining a raft of new betting brands tackling Spain’s disrupted sports betting marketplace.
Dafabet has set growth as a core corporate goal in Spain, building its flagship betting brand in non-Asian and European markets.
AsianLogic CEO Dimitris Karatzas has commented: “R. Franco is an established market leader with more than five decades of industry experience, so we welcome this agreement enthusiastically.
“As Dafabet continues to cater to an ever-growing army of fans, we look forward to a successful long-term relationship with the provider, as we look to develop our operations in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets.”
Meanwhile, R. Franco Digital sees Dafabet as a big customer coup for the technology provider, enabling the platform provider to grow its international clientele dramatically during 2020.
The unit of Franco Digital was consolidated from the legacy Spanish gambling group R based in the country. Franco in 2017, with the aim of providing optimal igaming solutions for Spanish-speaking territories.
Javier Sacristan Franco director of R. Digital Franco, has said: “Dafabet has already established its global credentials, so we are thrilled to partner with the company for its Spanish debut.
“We believe that this deal once again showcases our reputation as a best-in-class global supplier, offering a highly versatile portfolio of games, content and gaming solutions – each tailored to the needs of our clients and operators.”
