During the UEFA Euro 2020 championships, Coral has launched a new marketing campaign and podcast to “engage with the passion of football fans.”
Coral has announced its new ‘Matchday Rewards’ promotion, claiming to be the most rewarding bookmaker for football lovers this summer. The promotion will allow consumers to unlock rewards throughout each Euro 2020 football match.
Reward customer loyalty
A Coral campaign statement read: “Coral wanted to reward customer loyalty throughout the tournament, especially given every matchday will be important for the passionate football fan.”
Coral has put up a panel of 24 experts to cover each nation competing in the tournament, including Alan Shearer as the England expert, Ally McCoist as the Scotland expert, and Dean Saunders as the Wales expert.
Coral’s Head of Brand Marketing, Chris Brocklehurst, said: “We know that passionate football fans will have an interest in every game during the European Championships, not just the home nation matches or the big fixtures. For customers who’ll be betting every day, Matchday Rewards is a campaign that rewards loyalty throughout the tournament.”
Coral will continue its cooperation with millennial content publisher JOE Media, which will produce seven ‘All To Play For’ podcasts presented by former England player Joe Cole, with the goal of gaining maximum exposure across all media verticals.
