Coingaming Formally Change Business Identity To Yolo Group

The operating company of bitcoin gambling brands and BitCasino, Coingaming Group, has changed its name to Yolo Group.

Yolo Group was renamed to better reflect the company’s numerous components, which include online gambling, fintech, IT, and venture capital backing for emerging crypto technologies that aim to disrupt established commercial marketplaces.

Yolo Group will now manage five business areas, including and BitCasino under the ‘Yolo Entertainment’ domain, and ‘Yolo Investments,’ the group’s dedicated igaming investment arm, under the ‘Yolo Investments’ domain.

The group’s fintech and blockchain businesses will be housed under the ‘Yolo Finance’ segment, which will be supported by ‘Yolo Ventures,’ which will handle B2B strategic collaborations.

Yolo Group will be propelled by its in-house IT and engineering teams, which will be branded as ‘Yolo Tech.’

Rapid expansion across several sectors

Group CEO Maarja Pärt defended the changes, stating that the renaming was necessary to represent the company’s rapid expansion across several sectors, where 600 Yoloers are currently employed.

Pärt said: “I’m both excited and proud to announce that we are rebranding to Yolo Group with a new identity for a company always looking to the future,” said Pärt. The Coingaming brand served us well for many years, but as disruptors in industries beyond gaming, we felt Yolo Group better represented our people, our business and our vision.

“Yolo Group is about bringing next-level innovation to gaming, fintech, blockchain and many more sectors, all the while ensuring our customers are kept at the centre of the universe. You only live once and that’s why we don’t settle for anything less.”
