Circa Sports Colorado Launch State Mobile Sports Betting App

Sports betting company Circa Sports Colorado, casino owner and downtown Las Vegas entrepreneur Derek Steven’s brainchild, today announced the launch of its Centennial State Mobile Sports Betting app.

Circa Sports Colorado, a subsidiary of Circa Sports, which launched a smartphone app in Nevada in 2019, as well as two sportsbooks at the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino and D Las Vegas, will include a Vegas-style sports betting menu, including exclusive deals and favourable odds for Colorado teams and sporting events.

Stevens the CEO of Circa Sports said: “With the proliferation of sport betting apps, the industry has lost that customer-first feel. What we’re doing with Circa Sports is providing an unrivaled customer experience that is built on transparency and enabled with technology. It’s a sportsbook run by sports bettors.

“We’ve experienced immense success with this approach since launching in Vegas last year, and are thrilled to be able to offer it to the great state of Colorado, which has a rich history in professional and amateur sports, and a strong fan base that supports its teams.”

Circa Sports Colorado will provide all major sports with odds when the leagues resume play after the COVID-19 shutdown. Under Sportsbook Director Matt Metcalf, the company has managed to provide bettors with mobile wagering opportunities on sports that have stayed involved such as UFC, international soccer, NASCAR, Korean baseball, professional sports, NFL and College Football futures betting, Week 1 NFL action, and more.

Although casinos and brick-and – mortar sportsbooks remain closed in Vegas, Circa Sports launched curbside service at Golden Gate Hotel & Casino, allowing guests to trigger mobile wagering accounts, finance their Circa Sports app balance and sign up for the company’s upcoming football contests.

Like the Nevada app and sportsbooks from Circa Sports, the Colorado version will feature creative props bets, higher and fairer betting limits, and lower holdings on futures markets than other sportsbooks and sports betting apps the firm has said. It also provides yes / no futures bets, makes parlay futures bets, and doesn’t minimise bettors winning limits.

Stanford Steve, of SportsCenter with Scott Van Pelt and Daily Wager said: “When it comes to fair odds and high limits there’s Circa Sports and there’s everyone else. Anyone betting in Vegas or Colorado should be checking Circa’s lines.”

Las Vegas will run out of the Circa Sports Colorado app, but Circa Sports will look to host a series of local events. The launch of Colorado marks the company’s first market outside Nevada that is currently examining other expansion markets. In addition, later this year Circa Sports is opening the world’s largest sportsbook — a 35-story, 777-room Circa Resort & Casino, multi-level, stadium-style sportsbook.

The mobile sports betting app will run in tandem with one of the Colorado Master Sports Wagering Licenses owned by subsidiaries of Century Casinos. The Sportsbook Cooperation Agreement with Century Casinos and Circa Sports is a 15-year agreement that includes a market access fee, a share of net gaming revenue and a minimum income guarantee that is payable annually to Century Casinos.
