Casumo, an online casino operator based in CaMalta, aims to improve player engagement and brand loyalty after deciding to introduce the tech platform reactivation cloud for Enteractive.
Through the alliance, Casumo increases customer engagement and player satisfaction through the plug-and-play system and strengthens its responsible gaming safeguards.
The solution uses native-speaking agents paired with software and powered by human interaction, as well as a player-centred approach to improve a customer experience.
The Entertactive software platform incorporates long-lasting brand loyalty through connections with the player acquisition environment of the operator.
