With Malta and Germany based Twitch streamer CasinoTest24 winning the right to co-develop a slot title with the casino games producer, Kalamba and Wildz Casino’s two-week streaming competition has ended.
The competition ran between April 27 – May 10 and saw eight streamers battle on some of Kalamba’s back catalogue of games to land the single biggest win.
CasinoTest24 will liaise with the Kalamba development team to secure the victory with a 977.4x win to bet ratio and visit the company’s offices in Malta and Krakow when travel restrictions allow.
CasinoTest24 said of the victory: “I was really happy when Melanie at Wildz invited us to take part because there’s been nothing like this before where you get a chance to work with the game provider. I was even happier when I realised we had won. I am really excited about working with Kalamba.
“I really like Western and Egyptian themes and games with huge win potential, so maybe we’ll look at building a game using those ideas.”
The partnership is celebrated as the first time a slots manufacturer has teamed up in this way with a casino operator and Twitch streamers, whose concept aimed to connect with a wide audience, as well as to pump up action and entertainment.
Melanie Hainzer, CMO at Wildz commented: “Well done to CasinoTest24 – what a win! They’re in great hands with the Kalamba team who will no doubt help them make a truly great slot.
“Once again we have proven our ability to resonate with players through ‘real time’ action and entertainment and we’re really looking forward to seeing the end result.”
Tamas Kusztos, Kalamba’s head of sales and account management, added: “Congratulations to CasinoTest24 and thanks to all the other streamers who took part. The promotion has been a great chance to connect with a fantastic selection of people. We all had a lot of fun and are excited by future opportunities to collaborate.
“We’re now very much looking forward to getting down to work with CasinoTest24 and creating a really exciting game, so watch this space.”
