Captain Up, a cloud-based gamification company, has collaborated with BtoBet, a platform provider, to help clients improve player experience and customer loyalty.
The new partners plan to create pre-planned and tailored promotions based on consumer behaviour, with incentives and benefits aligned with various categories, platforms, and brands, among other things.
BtoPart, which is owned by Aspire Global, will use gamification, behavioural science, and social tools to increase consumer activity and loyalty.
Heightening player experience
BtoBet’s Chief Marketing Officer, Sabrina Soldà, said: “Today’s betting and gambling environment are increasingly focused on heightening the player experience.

To ‘enrich the journey’ for operator customers, Captain Up will create competitions, jackpots, leaderboards, personal, personal promotions, smart bosques, and progressive incentives as part of the partnership.

Captain Up is BtoBet’s second collaboration in less than a month, following the signing of a virtual sports agreement with Interactive Gaming in late March.
BtoBet will be able to take advantage of Interactive’s vast suite of paid-to-play virtual sports games, with an emphasis on Latin America, Europe, and Africa, as a result of the partnership.
Following that, the company announced that it had gained a foothold in the British betting and gaming market by obtaining full certification to operate in the country.
