It is business as normal for 1xBet, the company said, as it continues to offer uninterrupted online services for both players and their B2B customers amid disruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Although acknowledging that the overall number of betting markets has been “significantly reduced” due to the large postponement of sporting events, 1xBet is adamant that consumers will offset the effect of this reduction in revenue across a wide variety of sporting markets and more betting opportunities around politics and the environment, as well as more lotteries and live casino games.
This clarified that it has not yet been forced to make significant improvements to the operating hours of offices, but is taking additional steps to protect its staff in Europe and Africa.
1xBet also stressed that it adheres to the product roadmap developed before the COVID-19 outbreak, which includes web creation and mobile application creation.
Alex Sommers, 1xBet Director of Affiliate Marketing said: “Our company will stick to the plans which we made before the COVID-19 outbreak at the start of the year.
“The current situation is awful and has made its mark on every aspect of our lives, not just on our online business. We hope that the COVID-19 epidemic soon becomes a thing of the past so that we can get back to how things were.”
He concluded: “1xBet is advising all of its customers to follow precautions put in place by the World Health Organisation (WHO) to stay at home and avoid contact with others. In the meantime, we will do everything we can to make passing the time in quarantine as enjoyable as possible for our customers.”
