Burnley FC And ASTROPLAY Renew Partnership Becoming Major Sponsor

Burnley Football Club and ASTROPAY have renewed their “strong and mutually beneficial partnership,” with ASTROPAY becoming the Clarets’ official payment solutions partner and sleeve sponsor for the 2021/22 season.

AstroPay’s logo will appear on the sleeves of Burnley FC’s first team shirt, which will be used for the sixth consecutive season in the Premier League under manager Sean Dyche.

Mikael Lijtenstein, CEO of AstroPay said: “Burnley FC is a major club in England’s Premier League, with a rich heritage and a strong fan base, so it is fantastic that we are joining forces again as a major sponsor.

“We see the club as continuing to head in the right direction and we are thrilled to be part of the team for another season of competition between the top level of English and world football.

“Turf Moor and the Premier League represent a perfect stage for us as leaders in our field and we look forward to more joint success together.”

Europa League in the 2018/19 season

Following the club’s return to the Europa League in the 2018/19 season, AstroPay and Burnley FC formed a similar relationship.

This renewed partnership, according to the payment solutions provider, will provide a “excellent opportunity to bolster brand awareness” at a time when AstroPay is growing its product and service offerings.

Alan Pace, Chairman of Burnley Football Club, said: “We’re really thrilled to be welcoming AstroPay back into the Clarets family. They were with the club for one of our greatest seasons so there is some added history to this partnership which I’m sure fans will appreciate.”
