Bowlero Corp Announce BettorView Content Deal

Bowling entertainment provider Bowlero Corp announced a deal with BettorView, an in-venue sports betting and technology network, this week. Bowlero will deliver BettorView content through all of its centres that are situated within legal online betting states under the terms of the agreement.

BettorView will feature personalised sports stats, metrics, and chances alongside exclusive sports betting deals through various touchpoints across Bowlero’s centres, including its pubs, lounges, and lanes, targeting millions of deeply active sports fans just in time for the end of March Madness.

Innovative opportunities to enhance the guest experience

Chief Strategy Officer Lev Ekster said: “Bowlero is always looking for innovative opportunities to enhance the guest experience on and off the lanes and now we’re able to do just that in association with BettorView.

“Our collaboration with BettorView is strategically aligned with the nation’s growing interest in sports betting and this new relationship is a perfect fit for our company.”

Currently, over 20 percent of Bowlero’s 300+ sites in the United States are in states where online gaming is legal. If current patterns persist into 2022, the number of venues will have risen to more than half.

BettorView’s COO, Javier Vargas, added: “Sports betting operators want to be where sports fans are, and what better place to localise reach and engage sports fans with customised betting content than at Bowlero’s centers and sports bars, where the most loyal and devoted fans come to have a good time. 

“BettorView will provide vital stats, analytics, odds and promotions that educate the millions of curious betting sports fans who visit Bowlero centers.”

Raised visability

In addition to sharing on-screen videos and in-center ads, the two parties will use brand ambassadors and interactive media capabilities to raise visibility for the various sportsbook brands that have already signed agreements for Bowlero locations in intensely competitive markets such as Illinois, Michigan, Virginia, Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.

BettorView’s CEO, Seth Schorr, explained: “From my perspective as a gaming and venue operator, the synergy between gaming, bowling, and sports bars is clear in my experience, and extending that into what BettorView can provide Bowlero’s customers is a no-brainer.”
