Wubba Lubba Dub-Dub! Since debuting at the beginning of the month, Blueprint Gaming’s latest slot title Rick and Morty Megaways became the “strongest ever launch in the first week” for the brand.
Inspired by the Emmy-winning show, this new slot, produced in collaboration with Adult Swim and Warner Bros, smashed Blueprint records for play, stakes and users within the first week.
The game achieved the highest single-day play results, up 37 percent from The Goonies’ previous record.
Jo Purvis, director of marketing and communications at Blueprint Gaming, spoke to SlotBeats in tandem with the announcement about the dynamic duo, the Megaways gameplay and future updates.

Purvis announced that the next licenced game in the works would be inspired by Seth Rogan’s 2016 R-rated smash Sausage Party, which will see players going to Shopwell’s store and watching the adventures of Frank’s main sausage as he explores “The Great Beyond.”
