BetWinner Expands In LatAm Through Social Media Launch

With the official launch of its Portuguese and Spanish social media pages on Instagram , Twitter and Facebook in the country, sports betting operator BetWinner has expanded its presence in Latin America, putting a particular emphasis on Brazil.

The introduction of official accounts from these Latin American nations in these languages follows the recent appointment of Roberto Carlos as their official ambassador.

In Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Cuba, El Salvador , Guatemala, Panama, Nicaragua and Puerto Rico, the left back, who played for the Brazilian national team, Real Madrid, Palmeiras and Corinthians, represents the brand.

João Vaz, Director of Public Relations at BetWinner, commented on the launch of the accounts in Latin American languages, stating that the strategy is another step in the local link plan.

He said: “The focus on operating in Latin American countries requires that our brand communicate directly. The creation of the accounts is essential in this process of naturalizing the brand. The profiles in Portuguese and Spanish will add value to the brand as well as having Roberto Carlos as our ambassador.

“Therefore, I believe that we will speak directly with the public from these countries by creating brand awareness, with the presence of Roberto Carlos as our ambassador. ”

The Regional Director of BetWinner in Brazil, Gustavo Hiroshi, added that as the brand grows its LatAm footprint, the investment will continue, saying: “The work has been going on for some time and the numbers direct us to a market whose potential is immense. We will continue to invest in order to increasingly be connected locally.”
