Betway Preserves eSports Market Presence With PSG.LGD Extension

With the extension of its relationship with the PSG.LGD Dota 2 team, online sports betting provider Betway has preserved its extensive presence in the esports market.

With the extension of its deal with Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain, Betway has cemented its status as the club’s primary esports affiliate in China, and will also join PSG’s larger esports activities as an official betting partner.

Successful sponsorship

Betway’s Operations and Marketing Director , Paul Adkins, said: “We’re delighted to renew our partnership with PSG.LGD’s legendary DOTA 2 team. Our relationship has gone from strength to strength and it’s been a very successful sponsorship for us. We’re now very excited to be able to take it to the next level.”

The collaboration, which PSG defines as “among the most significant to date in the esports sector,” was first revealed in 2018, helping Betway consumers to properly connect with Dota 2 tournaments both in China and at the renowned The International global competition.
